E*TRADE
tradeMONSTER was an online brokerage company specializing in options trading for self-directed investors. tradeMONSTER was the first online broker to deploy a streaming desktop-like trading experience in a web browser, featuring professional-grade tools in a dynamic and customizable interface combined with integrated investor education, transparent commissions, and an extremely knowledgeable and dedicated customer service team.
tradeMONSTER was acquired by E*Trade in 2016.
THE PROBLEM
The legacy software suite of E*Trade was often struggling to sustain heavy traffic caused by peak trading activities. They were typically running into the following problems:

SOLUTION
Our mobile specialists laid out the strategy and developed the app leveraging the hybrid HTML5-native model. The app was developed as a hybrid with a custom framework of native wrappers on a cross-platform to cover iOS & Android mobile platforms so it can be downloaded from Amazon, Apple Store, Google Play, and other major app stores.
